Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery timelines?

At Linova, each order is prepared with care to ensure a seamless and timely delivery experience.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for Same Day Delivery within main cities of Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered as follows:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Next business day
  • Fujairah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah & remote areas: Within 2 business days

During the holy month of Ramadan, working hours may be adjusted and delivery timelines may change accordingly.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery is complimentary on orders above AED 300.
A delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 300.

Orders & Product Availability

How can I check item availability?

We recommend checking our website regularly to stay updated on product availability.

If your preferred size or color is out of stock, you may leave your email address to be notified if it becomes available within the next 15 days.

What does “low stock” mean?

Certain items may display a low stock message for specific sizes or colors. We encourage purchasing promptly to avoid missing out.

Are items in my basket reserved?

Items added to your basket are not reserved. If an item becomes unavailable before checkout, we will notify you so you can adjust your order accordingly.

Returns & Refund

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below. Please note that we currently process returns only and do not offer exchanges.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The number of pieces

Our team will arrange a pickup as soon as possible.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, bedding, towels, and bathrobes are not eligible for return.

Is there a return fee?

A AED 30 return pickup fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.
